Jenya Hampton, Raw Food Chef Instructor from the Living Light Culinary Institute in California, a Certified Nutritionist, former Director of Wellness for a Cancer Center and currently working for the Center for Holistic Medicine joins Scottsdale Farms for an enlightening presentation on cooking with raw foods. She will prepare a raw minestrone for a taste sampling and share her knowledge on healthy food preparation.
