Margie Palatini, Author and 2009 Milner Award Winner

Margie Palatini is the 26th annual winner of the Milner Award. The Milner Award winner is chosen by Fulton County and City of Atlanta elementary school children who vote each year for their favorite living author and then get an opportunity to meet the winner in person.

Palatini is the author of numerous funny books for young people including Lousy Rotten Stinkin’ Grapes, Gone with the Wand, Piggie Pie, Sweet Tooth, and Geek Chic.
