First Nations Outreach Project Spring Pow Wow. Gates open at 10:00 A.M. each day. Gourd Dance starts at 5:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday. Grand Entry starts at 7:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday. Gourd Dance Starts at 12:00 Noon Sunday and Grand Entry is at 1:00 on Sunday. Admission is $5.00 Per Person and children 6 and under, free.
