Lecture and Book Signing

The Carlos Museum and the Georgia Center for the Book welcome author Michelle Moran to discuss and sign her new book Cleopatra’s Daughter, the story of the orphaned daughters of Cleopatra and Marc Antony, who are taken to Rome after the death of their parents and installed in the house of Octavia, sister of the Roman Emperor.
Cleopatra’s Daughter is a fascinating portrait of Imperial Rome and of the people and events of this glorious and tumultuous period in human history.
