Philips Arena

The Philips Arena hosts Atlanta Hawks (NBA), Atlanta Thrashers (NHL) and major concerts. The $213 million domed venue opened in late 1999 and seats 21,000.
The multipurpose sport and entertainment arena also hosts special productions, family shows and meetings. The arena connects with CNN Center through a covered atrium.
It's located next to CNN Center at the intersection of Marietta Street and Centennial Olympic Park Drive.
