Owner Alex Brounstein’s search for a better burger inspired him to open this 20-seat counter inside the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. He’s serving hand-formed turkey, veggie and beef burgers in quarter- or half-pound orders, along with onion rings, sweet potato chips, chili, fries, shakes and salads. His signature creation is the Apache, topped with roasted green chilies, grilled onions and American cheese.
