10th edition of Atlanta’s largest fall neighborhood festival takes on spooky hue. Costumes welcome! Music includes jazz great Francine Reed, League of Decency, The Seed & Feed Marching Abominable, and My Homework Ate My Dog. Halloween highlights: costume contest, trick-or-treating. Plus: artists’ market, kids’ village, 5k race, tour of homes.
In Candler Park, corner of McLendon Ave. and Candler Park Dr. (3 blocks from Candler Park MARTA). Noon-9 pm on Sat 10/23, Noon-8 pm on Sun 10/24.
