Part of the Frederic Chopin/Robert Schumann Bicentennial Celebration Series. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster makes his Atlanta recital debut in a performance of Schumann’s “Violin Sonata in A Minor.” Emory's Teresa Hopkin, soprano, will perform “Schumann Songs” and pianist William Ransom performs Chopin’s “Ballade No. 3” and “Fantasie Impromptu.” Cellist Charae Krueger plays Chopin’s “Polonaise” and clarinetist Laura Ardan and violist Yinzi Kong perform Schumann’s “Fairytales.”
