Many Americans, are not familiar with Pulitzer-Prize winning author Eudora Welty's accomplishments as a photographer working for the Works Progress Administration during the Great Depression while traveling the state of Mississippi.
This exhibit demonstrates the relationship of Welty’s regional literary works to scenes from her photographic catalogue, resulting in a provocative view of the Depression-era South.
