Greetings From Atlanta: A Postcard Retrospective

Once a primary form of communication, some postcards are now the only remaining images of buildings, monuments, and places from a specific time period. This new exhibition provides a look at Atlanta and Georgia while exploring various styles, printing technology, and social history as revealed by the unique details of the postmark, message, sender and recipient. Over 200 postcards depict changing skylines, streets, businesses, homes, restaurants, neighborhoods, attractions, people, and politics.
