Cool off from the summer heat at the 6th annual Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social on Saturday, June 23. From 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, attendees can taste and vote for the most delicious homemade ice cream and sorbet flavors made by local chefs and ambitious amateurs. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-10 and free for children 5 & under, and can be purchased at slowfoodatlanta.org. Proceeds benefit Slow Food Atlanta and Peachtree Road Farmers Market.
