Three performances of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's comic masterpiece, Così fan Tutte, open the Capitol City Opera Company’s 2012-2013 season. The loose translation of Così fan tutte is ‘all women are like that.' Two young men test their fiancés’ devotion by disguising themselves to seduce the other’s lover. But when the women don't react as expected, the fickle nature of love and attraction is revealed. All performances will be sung in English.
