Chef Chad Clevenger of Alma Cocina Host Cooking Class
Chef Chad Clevenger demonstrates techniques for making ceviche and tamales with his menu of Corvina Sea Bass Ceviche with avocado mousee and pico de gallo, and Braised Pork Shoulder Tamale. He’ll also teach participants to make a delicious Tortilla Soup. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100 percent of proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
