Caleb “Tigereye” Hamilton, a well known blues singer, returns home to Atlanta after nine years to spend time with his son and father. His homecoming is marred by secrets of the past and now those of the present. If they want to salvage their relationships, this grandfather, son and grandson must lay bare their secrets in order to hear, understand and forgive each other before it's too late.

"Sins of the Father" does a good job depicting the emotional struggles of three generations of African American men. The story shows that despite hurt and frustrations, forgiveness is possible in all of us. Well Done!

I loved it. It made me want to call my father to say thank you! It was a story that needed to be told and New African Grove did it beautifully.
