Beginning with an initial concept, this comprehensive four week course takes participants from sketchbook to a final, press-ready logo design. Participants explore conceptual development, color theory and application, symbols, marks, type treatments, image formats and resolution, and printing. The instructor discusses both Web and print strategies for logo use. A basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is helpful but not required.
