Simple Abundance Cooking Class with 4th and Swift Chef
4th & Swift's Chef Jeb Aldrich comes to Simple Abundance just in time for spring. He’ll demonstrate how to make English Pea Soup with Tybee shrimp and pickled carrot escabeche, Vanilla Poached Asparagus Salad, fennel and Calabrese orange dressing, and Roasted Top Round of Spring Lamb with curried yogurt spatzle, and bell pepper coulis.
