What a show. Brilliant lyrics and mesmerizing sounds. He's got great talent in the show and uses it. I'd like to experience it again.

First of all, it's a shame that the AJC does not have its own review. Cohen is the premier lyricist of our generation. (Granted, that means bald men and white-haired ladies mostly). But on stage, the 75-year-old knows how to blend music with lyrics. His accompanying musicians were as important to this masterful event as his lyrics were. He utilized them well and the audience appreciated it all.
Briefly--his music is like a gently undulating eternal sun-washed ocean. Even when it swells, it does so with a restrained fury.
I have seen many artists of our time, and Cohen stands at the top. Thank you, Leonard, for gracing our city for one night.
