The Clinton Tapes is the highly anticipated account of President Bill Clinton’s confidential diary project, a unique collaboration between Branch and President Clinton aimed at preserving the fullest record of this pivotal president. An unprecedented account based on 78 diary sessions between 1993 and 2001.
Taylor Branch is author of America in the King Years 1954-68, part of his landmark trilogy on the modern civil rights era. Its first volume, Parting the Waters (1988), won a Pulitzer Prize.
