"A Gift of Love" is about the greatest love that was ever shown between an honest man and an immaculate woman. It talks about the ultimate sacrifice that a man had to make for God.
Go on a journey in time with the legendary Ruby Dee Davis, starring as an African story teller named, Yah Yah. She tells the story from the moment the man and woman met, how they fell in love, the visitation by God and decision the couple made to follow him. The play chronologically depicts the events leading up to the birth of their son Jesus Christ. The story is also told through amazing song and dance movement that are reflections of the time.
