In conjunction with the Big Read initiative, the Atlanta History Center invites visitors to spend an afternoon exploring the parallels between writing and movies during the free film festival featuring the 2005 television adaptation of Their Eyes Were Watching God, starring Halle Berry, and Spike Lee's first feature film, She's Gotta Have It, which parallels Zora Neale Hurston's novel.
