Ate there earlier this evening. When I pointed out to our server that I thought my appetizer was to be fried, she simply said NO and turned away. Her body language and attitude said "I don't care" and she giggled at me as she walked away. Now when she took our order she spoke good English but when I complained about my appetizer she began to speak as if "me no speak English too good". When asking for the check my wife pointed out to her that I did not like my food nor could I eat it. Her response? Oh, I'm sorry. Nothing else. Their website has no provision for email so this is my only recourse because I refuse to be one of "those people" who make scenes in restaurants. Nor did I want to endure anymore of the pretention of not speaking/understanding much English. So goodbye Ru Sans, never again.
