The neighborhood — back with a vengeance after years of decline — loves this clamorous restaurant in a loft setting. The kitchen grasps at some ill-advised trendy ideas, but scores a couple of solid hits with sea scallops over hashed brussels sprouts in a cider butter and juicy chicken on a bed of spaetzle. Good wines, better service and an every-night's-a-party vibe that can't be beat.
