Provisions To Go offers an amazing array of foodie-wowing sandwiches, pizzas and prepared foods, including salads, soups, entrees and side dishes. Dine-in seating is limited, but smartly arranged. Sandwiches range from a simple natural hotdog on a fluffy white bun to sophisticated house-cured gravlax with cucumber raita on rye. The entrée menu changes daily, but recent selections have included wood grilled tenderloin of beef with salsa verde, pan-roasted duck breast with peach chutney, and meatballs in San Marzano tomato sauce. Refreshments consist of all sorts of fancy juices and bottled water, and a small selection of chilled wines. Of course, you can raid the Star Provisions wine shop.
