Rico’s World Kitchen is a small eatery with big flavor. The global lineup includes some family favorite dishes of owner Rico Cunnington, such as the pleasing Lumpia — crispy eggrolls filled with beef or chicken. Sandwiches like the pressed Cuban made with smoked chicken or the monster-sized prime rib served open face also are impressive. It’s a family affair, with Cunnington, his mother and wife serving up soups, salads, sandwiches and a few entrees and desserts. Many dishes are longtime standards in their catering business and their own homes, while others are new dishes requested by frequent diners. The location near the Mall of Georgia makes it accessible to those who shop, work or live in the area.
