The Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival is presented by Douglas County & the City of Douglasville. The Festival is held June 4-6 in Historic Downtown Douglasville where decorated streets welcome guests. A Garden Party Friday evening at 8:00pm kicks off the weekend. The Festival runs Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm & continues Sunday 1:00pm– 5:00pm with the Main Street Market, garden tours, display gardens, an award winning standard flower show, celebrity lectures, food, & entertainment.
