Attached to the Rexall Pharmacy, Rexall Grill’s popularity is legend in Gwinnett for some of the best homecookin’ found outside home: Fresh, hand-cut okra dredged through cornmeal and fried lightly until only a trace of oil remains; Canned pole beans with unmistakable goodness of a mess of something that’s been cooking for the better part of a day, perfectly seasoned; macaroni and cheese that will bring back memories of your mother’s checkered apron strings.
