Home Buyer Workshop

This free eight-hour workshop for first-time home buyers will teach attendees how to navigate the process while factoring in the responsibilities of homeownership. The workshop will detail ways to properly budget for a home purchase, possible down payment assistance options and key events along the way to the closing table. Participants will receive a HUD approved certificate at the end of the session, which may be taken into consideration by a potential mortgage lender.
