American Red Cross Calls on Fayette County Citizens for Help

Piedmont Fayette Hospital Auxiliary is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, February 9, from noon to 5 p.m. Life-saving blood donors should report to the hospital, on the third floor of Building 1279 in Conference Room C.

All blood types are needed, but type O negative donors can make the difference between an adequate blood supply and a shortage. Donors must be 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. Donors must not have given blood in the last 56 days.
