DIA's Kandy Shop Fashion Show Vendor Registration

This is Drelle's Intimate Apparels "DIA" annual lingerie fashion show.  DIA will be debuting their newest lingerie DIA's Kandy collection.  DIA's Kandy collection is designed with a variety of colors that reminds you of all types of candy that you will find at the candy shop.  DIA will be featuring local up and coming designers who will be debuting their "Cocktail" wear designs. All to prepare you for a passionate Valentine's Day. 
We are currently looking for vendors for this event.  Vendors… Show more that buy and sell their products and make their owns products.  Food vendors included.  We will accept one of each and it will be on a first come basis.  This event is ideal for vendors who have great gift ideas for Valentine's Day and small businesses that want to promote to a population of 18 years and older.  We are anticipating an audience of 200 people max.   
DIA is offering 2 great packages to promote your business at our show: 
Package A: $100.00 (before November 23, 2012), $150.00 (after November 23, 2012)
(1)      8 Ft. Long Table with table cloth
(2)    2 Folding   chairs
(3)    Your business name printed in the program
(4)    Vendor will be able to put your Ad or special offer in the goody bags
Package B: $25.00
(1)    Vendor can put an ad, special offer, or sample of products to advertise their business in the goody bags.
(2)    Receive 2 tickets to the fashion show
To secure your table a non-refundable deposit of $25 must be made by January 6, 2013.   The balance in full is due by January 19, 2012. Exhibitor can make installments for payment but that balance must be paid in full by January 19, 2012.   In order for a Exhibitor to qualify to pay the discounted table $100, the balance must be paid by November 23, 2012.   If the balance is not paid by the discounted date then the Exhibitor forfeits the discount and must pay $150 by January 19, 2013.
