Blodgett Combi and Hydrovection Oven Cooking Class and Presentation

PMR is very excited to extend an invitation to Directors and Managers to join us in our Lawrenceville, Georgia test kitchen on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 for training on Blodgett Combi and Hydrovection cooking.    Please plan to arrive by 10:00 a.m.    We will finish around 2:00 so you will get back to your district before the afternoon rush hour.  We will be featuring the Blodgett-BCX Combi, the easiest combi to operate on the market today and Hydrovection, the latest innovation in cooking.… Show more   We will be testing and sampling typical school fare but will have a wonderful lunch prepared by our PMR Chef Will O’Kelley.   We will also thoroughly discuss the benefits of combi and hydrovection cooking and the best way to get the most out of your Blodgett ovens, as well as how to take care of your ovens.
