New African Grove Theatre Company Presents "Seven Guitars" by August Wilson

It's 1948 and Floyd “Schoolboy” Barton has a hit record playing on the radio. The record company wants him to return to Chicago to make more records. So, how and why does the blues singer end up dead? Come take the journey that is Seven Guitars and meet Vera, Floyd’s on again-off again girlfriend; Canewell, his know it all band mate; Red Carter, his jovial, womanizing friend; the cynical, sharp-tongued Louise; the eccentric West Indian, Hedley; and the seductive, lustful Ruby.
