Avery Gallery presents VENYI Kossi Dégboè (Frédéric) from Togo! Other works by Henry Porter, William Pinkney. Brandon Avery discovered Frederic during his 2 years in the Peace Corps. Since 1997, Frederic has been creating decorative batiks, dyed pagnes, and T-shirts. He worked with the Peace Corps in Kpalimé & participated in the artisanal fair in Lomé.

Meet & talk to Brandon & hear about his time in Togo - 5-9 pm, Fri., Aug. 2 @ Avery Gallery. GG's Creole Cuisine will be served. Free parking.
