Came to georgia years ago was stuck with yucky bbq - thin sauces
places like williamson brothers two stars at best
BBQ1 and lost mountain are teh real deal - competitive bbq team brought into the restaraunt
Make sure to get there a little early for to go quantitites - they sometimes run out! mac and chees is awesome kids love it - two suace choices good and really good!

Beef is what I relish here: The brisket, even on an off day, is exceptionally good. It has that crosshatched pattern across its grain that happens when muscle and fat meld, slow-cooked for hours until finally the edge is crowned with a dark, caramelized crust lined on the inside with a pink ring. Ditto the pulled pork -- giant shreds of pork that are smoky, tender and rimmed in pink that gives way to brown. (Full review)
