When Monetta White and her Husband Chef David Lawrence decided to open their first restaurant, they imagined a place where they could recreate the way they entertain at home. 1300 cuisine brings together the various elements of chef David Lawrence's culinary career that combines his Jamaican ancestry, British Upbringing, and classical French culinary education.
