Pro-Mozart Presents the William Baker Festival Singers Performing Mozart and His American Contemporaries
Mozart's REGINA COELI, KV 276, performed by Lynn Swanson, organ, will be followed by five pieces of folk music in the Americas during the time of Mozart and Haydn, including three American folk hymns: The Road Home, Charla Williams, solo; Calvary's Mountain; and Hark I Hear the Harps Eternal, Sara Means, solo; followed by two African-American spirituals: I Want to Be Ready, Jessica Shepherd, solo; and Great Day, Ann Vines and Charles Nelson, soloists.
