All Ages Liturgical/Praise

Worship dance is more of an adoration & solemn experience think of lyrical/modern type introspective dance. Praise is more upbeat, often has feel good music, larger movement, hands often lifted upwards & outwards. Liturgical dance many people use this term interchangeably with other forms of dance but the true meaning is dance performed as part of liturgy in church service. It would be built into the service like prayers, communion, etc.
