RedHawks Warm-up for Tryouts/7th-8th Grade

This workout will be a great opportunity to get warmed up for 7th-8th Grade RedHawks tryouts on November 15th.
We will workout the basic phases of the game: passing, setting, blocking, hitting, serving and defense. This will be a great opportunity for the RedHawks coaches and girls to interact and get the girls comfortable for the formal tryout on November 15th.
