Owner William “Bubba” Latimer brings his award-winning barbecue off the competition circuit and into this second location in Woodstock. The fast-casual concept features the dry-rubbed beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, veggies, Brunswick stew and desserts. A few twists on the menu include pig-and-chips, the barbecued pork version of nachos; pan-seared shrimp tossed in hot sauce; and a Hog-a-Chong-a, blend of pulled pork, beans, cheese and dry rub rolled into a flour tortilla and fried, then topped with Brunswick stew.
